Jackson is a little dude who has already lived several lifetimes in his short time on earth. He and his sister Michaela hitched a ride from Beaumont to Austin as Hurricane Laura evacuees. You can imagine the amount of hustle and bustle they endured making that journey but he is loving life these days!

Jackson was a little scared of everything when he arrived but has has totally relaxed now that he is in a nice, quiet foster home. He loves being petted, picked up and snuggled. He immediately jumps up on his foster mom when he sees her and sleeps curled up on her for naps. He asks for pets with a head nudge to the hand and loves to have his chin scratched! And OMG his purr is amazing. The second you touch him he turns it on - it's almost like he has an on switch that is basically his entire body!

Jackson has made this entire journey with his sister and they are quite the pair. I am sure he would love to find a new home with his sister so maybe a pair of adorable kittens is in your future??!! His sister Michaela is a beautiful girl who has also adapted to her new life and has learned to love the humans too. You can learn more about Michaela here: https://bit.ly/2FjVlYk

He lives in a home with three resident cats who are not always the best hosts and he has no fear whatsoever. They may give him a hiss or even a little swat with a paw and he is totally unafraid and just moves right along. Hard to believe this little dude was so scared when he arrived that he would not come out from under the bed!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
