Cool, Calm, Cuddlebug

As calm as the sea, and as cool as a cucumber, Buff is a mellow cat. But don't let her quiet temperament fool you, she spends her energy seeking affection. Buff loves to be next to you and constantly pet, she is an absolute lovebug! When seeking attention, she likes to rub her head against your hand and legs, and particularly loves belly rubs and chin scratches. She will plop down next to you on the couch, lay her head on your lap, and settle in for an evening of TV watching. She's the best companion!

Buff may need a little time in her new home to get used to everything, but then she will turn into your personal angel kitty. It didn't take any time at all before all the people in her foster home fell for her - you will absolutely love this cat! She hasn't seem interested in playing with toys yet, but she does likes to use the scratch mat to stretch and scratch. As quiet as she is, the rare times when she meows she will surprise you with how LOUD she is! It's hilarious.

Buff is very laid-back and is a good match for a quiet home with multiple people she can spend time with and who can pet her! She doesn't mind being picked up and is so easy that we think she could do well with gentle kids. Contact us today to arrange a meet & greet!

Buff has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Buff can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
