Sweet Cookie Face is so named because her face looks like a delicious chocolate chunk cookie! She's a beautiful Siamese mix with gorgeous blue eyes, and she's every bit as sweet as a cookie, too, even though she has clearly been through some hard times.

This dear girl came to us weak and emaciated, with difficulty walking, and is on meds for a neurological issue. Though she still has trouble fully putting weight on her back legs, she can walk. She just walks slowly, and sometimes she loses her balance and falls over; we are hoping this improves with care, a proper diet, meds, and time. She can and does use her litter box with no problem, though!

Because Cookie Face isn't fast and agile, she doesn't interact with toys. Instead, she gets her daily exercise by making kitty biscuits! There's nothing she loves better than stretching out on a soft spot and making biscuits while you sit next to her and pet her! If you pick her up and hold her, she'll bury her head in your arms to be as close to you as possible.

Cookie Face isn't much on meowing, but boy does she love to purr! She purrs when she's comfy in her own room; she purrs as soon as she sees you; she purrs at her foster's own dogs and cats when she sees them through the screen on her door. And when you pet her, expect a non-stop stream of the happiest purrs you ever heard!

Cookie Face is so calm, loving, and adaptable that she would probably fit well into most homes. Due to her mobility, she'd do best in a calmer home with people and pets who move slowly around her so they don't inadvertently knock her over. Her adopters will also need to be attentive to any special medical needs she may have long term.
