Friendly, Cuddly, Playful

No one's cute as Gaston, no one plays like Gaston, no one's incredibly sweet as Gaston! Unlike the arrogant Gaston we all know from Beauty and the Beast, Gaston the kitty is very loving and friendly! He loves to play and get lots of cuddles from his foster people!

Gaston has a ton of energy, so he spends most of his days playing. The foil ball toys and kitty fishing pole are his favorite things to play with! Gaston loves playing soccer with his ball toys or playing and running around with his brother, Jafar, so he would love to be adopted with him or have another playful buddy at his forever home. Check out his brother, Jafar, here: https://bit.ly/32OEiGA

When he's not playing, Gaston is very cuddly and loves being around people. He will follow his foster around until they sit down so he can jump on their lap for cuddles! And while he's in your lap, Gaston will be purring loudly the entire time. He's easily excited too, so he has a sweet habit of making a cute trilling sound when he's happy to see you.

Gaston would probably do well in almost any home, busy or quiet, with kids, dogs, other cats, or not, you name it! He's described as a very well adjusted kitty, so he's pretty easygoing and will be happy as long as he has some fun toys to play with and people to give him plenty of love!

Gaston has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Gaston can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about Gaston's care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
