Hugger, Shy, Gorgeous

Chi Chi may look like a sleek black panther, but he cuddles like a teddy bear! He's such a loving kitty who likes to snuggle and hug you as he gives you purry kisses. Stare into his beautiful, green eyes and you'll feel like this sweet boy is looking straight into your soul.

Chi Chi is initially fearful, but once he gets comfortable with his environment he becomes very affectionate. He likes having his own space and hiding at times. But, mostly he enjoys being by your side or falling asleep right on top of you!

Chi Chi is moderately playful. His favorite toys are stuffed mice and the light ball. But, he also enjoys playing with other toys and strings. He'll let you know when he's hungry or wants attention, but otherwise he's pretty quiet.

Chi Chi becomes apprehensive around strangers and loud noises. Must be those jungle cat instincts kicking in! His ideal home would be calm and quiet, and include a person who would enjoy a cuddly companion. Sound like you? Contact us for an introduction!

Chi Chi has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Chi Chi can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about Chi Chi 's care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
