Playful. Friendly. Happy.

This stylish lady is Swiftfoot, and she has adorable, rather short legs! Her gorgeous green eyes complement her grey coat and white whiskers, plus she has a spectacular white diamond on her neck. But while she may look all prim and proper, Swiftfoot can be quite the goof when given a little catnip and a string toy. String toys are a big win in Swiftfoot's book. She loves to bat at them and play chase. Swiftfoot also ADORES a cat tower. She really loves to climb to the top so she can see everything that is going on.

Swiftfoot enjoys being in the same room as her human, but she won't bother you for attention. When she'd like pets she'll give you a little meow and when she shows you her belly, that's your cue to start the tummy rub.

Swiftfoot has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Swiftfoot can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

Though she may be a little skittish at first, Swiftfoot gets along well with her foster's other foster kitty. They enjoy playing together, so we think she'd be fine with another kitty sibling or as a solo cat. All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
