Playful, Affectionate, and Sweet!

Blackbird Singing is a handsome, male short-haired black cat. He is a friendly and loving boy. He loves attention and will rub his head against you, demanding pets. He loves to be loved!

Blackbird Singing enjoys being in the same room as you. He prefers to sleep or lay down when he is close to his humans. He will cuddle up in your lap too. Sometimes he meows. Usually when he wants cuddles and attention or food.

Blackbird Singing is a playful boy! He will run around like crazy, chasing toys. His favorite toy is currently a funnel with feathers. He likes to play with toys that make sound and toys that he can toss and chase. He can easily entertain himself for hours!

Blackbird Singing has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! Waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Blackbird Singing can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

Blackbird Singing has not been around cats, dogs or children yet. He may do well with another FeLVie kitty since he is so energetic and friendly! We think he would love a home with plenty of toys and cozy places to sleep.
