Sweet, Loving, Vocal

Sadie is an extremely sweet and affectionate girl! She wants to show as much love as possible and will lay on you at every opportunity; and if not on you, then next to you. She is happy to spend the day by your side, following you around the house, and cuddling on top of you when you sit down. Sadie will give hugs and will even curl her paw around your finger. She often uses her paw to guide your hand to her for more pets!

Sadie is so calm and loving that we think she could be an awesome emotional support animal! She has met young children and easily let them pet her.

Sadie doesn't show much interest for toys so far, but will get the zoomies from time to time - and looks super cute running around!

Sadie cohabitates with an Old English Sheepdog in her foster home; sometimes she will settle in on a bed within a foot of him; sometimes she purrs around him; sometimes she hisses when he walks by. She is beginning to understand that he is a cat-loving dog, but she still needs time to learn to trust him. With time, patience, and a proper introduction, we think she can become accustomed to a home with a cat-friendly, respectful dog. That said, we think Sadie might be happier in a dog-free home with people who will cuddle exclusively with her!

Sadie has a distinctive meow and she likes to use it! She will meow at mealtime, when she wants attention, or when something is exciting or concerning her. She will make use of a scratching post, so make sure she has one of those. And she is a food thief, so keep an eye on her when you are preparing your dinner! Sadie doesn't need people food, and probably would do best on a wet food diet; dry food seems to upset her tummy.

Sadie will bring ALL the hugs and love with her! Contact us today to arrange a meet & greet with this darling love bug.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
