Chill, Gentle, Super Sweet
Tyson is a sweet and cuddly boy who doesn't mind being a couch potato all day. He's a little shy at first, but his curiosity will get the best of him. Once he's sniffed you a bit, he won't stop asking for pets. He likes to push his head against your hand, and if you stop petting him when he's not ready, he'll grab your hand! He will flop blissfully next to you, purring up a storm, and if you get up, he'll follow you to see if it's time to eat. (Hey, it never hurts to ask, right?!)
Tyson also does two other cute things to let you know that he would like some loving: 1) he will use your feet to pet himself, and 2) if you are standing, he will stand on his back legs and push his head into your hand!
Tyson might gently play with your hand during pets and sometimes he can get interested in a toy for a few minutes, but mostly he prefers being chill! He would do best in a calm and mellow environment. If things get too loud or there's a lot of activity going on, he'll go into a nice little spot to hide, but don't worry! Once things start to quiet down, he'll come out on his own. You could also lure him out with some treats or by calling his name. If he's not napping, he's gazing out a window, exploring the house, or asking you for pets.
One of Tyson's ears is small and he is blind in his left eye. All of this is okay! You'll need to keep his ears clean, especially the smaller one, and make sure to get into every tiny corner (it's easy for gunk to get stuck in there and cause itching) and be careful when approaching him from his left side since he might get a little spooked.
Tyson would prefer a quieter home without *too* much ruckus going on, and people who will give him pets and accept his affection! He'd love comfy places to nap and a cat tree to jump on and get his scratch on. And people to cuddle and sleep with!
Tyson is such an affectionate little guy deserving of some humans who can love him as much as he'll love them! Contact us today to arrange a meet & greet.
