Strong, independent, affectionate

Sweet Titania is all heart - and she literally has a heart spot on her back to to prove it! She is a funny, independent, and affectionate lady who will roll around all over the floor in a dog-like fashion, showing off her heart. She also rolls on your feet and rubs on your legs. She will sit next to you on the sofa if you pick her up and rub her neck.

Titania was rescued in the country as an outdoor mama cat with kittens, so she takes time to warm up to new people, but she's quite the survivor. She had to protect her kittens from coyotes and foxes - what an amazing lady! Now she has decided that living inside with air conditioning, safety, and food service is definitely better than raising babies in the woods.

Titania will be an amazing family cat and would do well with adults and older kids. She is happy and friendly, a bit cautious at first. She's a chatty girl who loves to greet you and will let you know how much she loves her canned food with some adorable chirps!

Titania has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Titania can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about Titania's care.
