Calm, Playful, Friendly

Mopac is that calm, playful, curious, and friendly feline that you have been waiting for all your life! This beautiful boy is sure to cheer up your day during those pesky conference calls when he walks by and rubs your ankles and feet with his body. When you are done he will happily plop down for pets, and he'll even let you rub his magic belly - what a cutie!

Mo is a professional human greeter and fantastic biscuit maker. He will also purr contentedly to let you know how happy he is to be your friend. He will let you hold him and brush his lovely locks. While he enjoys a good meow or purr, they are quite muted so as not to disturb you. He is missing a bottom tooth so he sometimes looks as if he is sticking his tongue out at you - what a silly boy!

Mopac prefers pets from his humans, but he will play by himself! He likes those basic mice cat toys. He seems curious about the dog in his foster home but has never interacted with her, he just gazes with curiosity through the glass door at her.

Mopac has stomatitis which is an inflammation of the mouth. It is typically resolved through removal of teeth and supportive care and he has been on a wet food diet. He currently requires some extra medical care which may include medications and specialized diet. For more information, please contact APA!

Mopac has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Mopac can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
