Curious, Cuddly, Relaxed

Don't let her little "scowl" fool you - Burnt Umber is the biggest sweetheart you'll ever meet!

Burnt Umber might seem a bit shy at first, but extend a gentle hand and she'll be giving you head-butts in no time! She adores pets, cuddle time - complete with her sweet purring - or even just being able to curl up next to you while you do your own thing. As long as she can relax and soak up all of the attention you can give her, Burnt Umber is one happy girl!

While a life of leisure is ideal for Burnt Umber, she does make sure to carve out some time in her days to pursue one of her other hobbies - providing vivid commentary about the happenings of the great outdoors! This fluffy, white beacon loves to chat up a storm all about the birds, trees, and other exciting things she sees while observing from the windowsill!

If you don't find Burnt Umber laying in a window or cuddled up somewhere sleeping - she is often making a warm spot next to the 4-year-old child in her foster home - she is probably roaming around the house and exploring! She also likes to climb the cat tree.

Burnt Umber's calm, laid-back attitude makes her the perfect addition to a household with gentle kids, and she would love to be a roommate to another cat. She is currently spending her days with her sibling (and doppelganger!) Antique Brass and it would be the icing on the cake of any new home to go there together. These two beauties were adopted together as kittens, but recently returned to APA! after there was a death in their human family. Check out Antique Brass (98865) at https://bit.ly/3EbC9GL
