Sweet, Affectionate, Quiet

Midnight Moonshine will make a great house cat! She is ready to go to a forever home where she is the cat that gets attention. She was rescued from a hoarding situation, so definitely wants a place to call her own.

She is a friendly cat. She may be fearful at first in a new environment, but she has become calmer rather quickly in her foster's human's home. She's just getting used to being around people. One will need to be patient with her, but she will warm up to someone that respects her.

She loves to play with ping pong balls and other toys. She allows her foster human to pet her and show her gentle care. She isn't use to personal attention, but is warming up to it. Picking her up may take a while during adjustment. Just let her lead you as she becomes comfortable.

She grew up around other cats, but it is unknown if she has met a dog or child. Considering her formal living situation, she would initially do well in a home where she is the only pet or separated from one for a while. After an adjustment period, one could introduce her to other critters or child if provided with slow, introductions. She is still learning what life is supposed to be like for a sweet cat.

Midnight Moonshine would do well in a somewhat subdued and laid back environment. It is highly possible after adjusting to her new forever home, that she would like another cat around for companionship.

Come and see Midnight Moonshine. She is a sleek, pretty black cat.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
