Cabby

Cabby is a fancy gal who always wants attention from her human friends. If you're in a Zoom meeting at home, she'll come right up to you for your affection. She'll want to know what's going on and will request head and back scratches from you. Your Zoom co-workers will be so amused! Then this active, playful girl may go off to do zoomies, jumping on and off the bed and chewing her toys. She'll especially hope for those cheese cracker treats she loves.

Cabby came to foster care uncertain and nervous around new people, in new locations and environments, in cars, and hearing loud and unexpected noises. Today, her confidence is growing. She's become very confident in her foster home (although still getting used to hearing a noisy TV). She's learning to enjoy walking with another dog on a quiet trail. At home, she follows her foster dad around the house. She does well in her crate when her dad is away, then happily runs to meet him when he comes home. A smart girl, she is house-trained and is learning to answer "sit.

This curious, mischievous girl will love a low-traffic home with a chill dog buddy and patient, loving parents who can continue helping build her confidence. She will enjoy a yard or a nearby trail or dog park within walking distance. Come meet this lovable lady. Offer her a cheese cracker and she'll so warm up to you!
