Darling Kirby, a senior Jack Russell Terrier, needs a new home. His mom of many years passed away recently, and a niece who has inherited him has two rambunctious dogs and two kids. She is looking to place him in a quiet home where he can live out his remaining years in peace.

Kirby is just the sweetest little dude. Although he is almost 16, he is in good overall health. He is perfectly house-trained, so he has no incontinence or other high-need health issues. He's a bit stiff, and partly deaf and blind (for which he receives daily eye drops), but this does not slow him down.

Kirby enjoys neighborhood walks, exploring the backyard, following you around the house, and always greets you with a tail wag and a sniff. Kirby is VERY quiet - during his foster time, he has yet to bark, whine or growl. Kirby lived peacefully for many years with another calm dog and a cat, so he would be fine in a home with cats or other senior/calm dogs. Come meet him. Tell him you have a nice, peaceful retirement home and he'll follow you there.
Come meet your new best friend

Say "Yes" for Sapphire this Giving Tuesday

Living as a stray, Sapphire was struck by a car. She was bleeding, writhing in pain from nerve damage and bruised ribs — and pregnant.
