Introducing Aura, a gorgeous young pup with adorable tuxedo markings. Aura lives in a home with another dog and loves playing with him. She also has fun playing with visiting big dogs. This means she can live in a home with other dogs and she's young enough to adapt to a home with the kids and cats!

Aura is working on her house-training skills. So smart, she should be house-trained in no time! She is also working on her leash-training skills and will walk along nicely beside you without pulling. Aura also knows sit and is working on stay and down. Good girl, Aura!

Aura is crate-trained and has done well being left on her own while her fosters are out running errands. This means you can go out running your errands knowing she is safe inside her crate!

Aura loves cuddling and is the biggest snuggle bug you'll ever find! She is also polite and curious when meeting new people. Everybody loves Aura! She loves playing tug-o-war with a neighboring teenager. She also loves to play chase. She is learning to retrieve a ball and bring it back, dropping the ball twice on command. Aura is learning how to ride on a golf cart! Very funny! She lays down on the floorboard and pops her head up on the seat to see everything.

Aura has a lot of energy for running or hiking, but she also loves to lay around and just chill. Aura will enjoy a family's home with another dog but will be fine on her own. She is very trainable and treat motivated. She really wants to please!

Do you have room in your heart and a place in your home for this fun, loving, loyal girl? Come meet Aura today!

PUPPIES AND OTHER HIGHLY-ADOPTABLE DOGS DISCLAIMER:

Puppies and other highly-adoptable dogs (small dogs or desirable-breed dogs) at APA! are very high in demand and usually have several interested adopters. Inquiring about a dog, meeting a dog, and even applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt the dog. Only one household will be able to adopt each dog, which means all other interested households will inevitably and unfortunately be disappointed. Please consider this in your search and set your expectations accordingly. Please also consider that adult dogs do not typically have competing adopters, and they need furever homes, too! Additionally, APA! does not allow the adoption of dogs who are related (e.g., littermates or mom and pup) to the same household for behavioral reasons.
