Introducing Dwight a gorgeous house-trained Labrador Retriever. Dwight lives in a foster home with other dogs and loves playing with them. This means he would do great in a house with other dogs. He also lives with teenagers and enjoys playing with them, too. He is also young enough to adapt to a home with younger kids and cats.

Dwight is crate-trained and has been left alone in his crate for short periods of time while his fosters are out. This means you can go out and about running your errands knowing Dwight is safe inside his crate!

Dwight is working on his obedience skills. He already knows sit and is working on his other commands. Dwight is so smart and eager to please he should be trained in no time. His fosters have been taking him on golf cart rides in the neighborhood and he loves sitting on their laps and taking it all in. At home, he wants to be in the middle of everything, following his fosters room to room.

Dwight is a cuddler and has the sweetest expressions on his face. His eyes would melt anyone's heart!!! Dwight is such a gentle soul and a very mature for a pup his age!

Do you have room in your heart in a place in your home for the handsome, playful, loving Dwight? Come meet Dwight today!

PUPPIES AND OTHER HIGHLY-ADOPTABLE DOGS DISCLAIMER:

Puppies and other highly-adoptable dogs (small dogs or desirable-breed dogs) at APA! are very high in demand and usually have several interested adopters. Inquiring about a dog, meeting a dog, and even applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt the dog. Only one household will be able to adopt each dog, which means all other interested households will inevitably and unfortunately be disappointed. Please consider this in your search and set your expectations accordingly. Please also consider that adult dogs do not typically have competing adopters, and they need furever homes, too! Additionally, APA! does not allow the adoption of dogs who are related (e.g., littermates or mom and pup) to the same household for behavioral reasons.
