Hiker

Hiker is a sweet, goofy boy and likes to play! He loves to play with tennis balls and squeaky toys are his favorite. He chews on his toys appropriately, he does better with hardier toys. He's crate-trained and house-trained. He's free to roam when left alone and has not had destructive behaviors.

He is still in his adolescent phase, so he's working on learning commands. So far he knows to sit, down, stay (working on it), and go to bed. He's a smart boy and treat/play motivated. He does well during storms and fireworks, which is great!

He does have some anxiety outside of the apartment. He is shy with new people and will be nervous at first. Once he warms up you'll see he's so sweet and eager to please.

He would do best in a home with a yard, and with a family who can spend time with him.
