Billy was scared and did not walk on a leash when he first arrived at the shelter after being owner surrendered with his companion, Raudy. With some patience, kindness, and guidance, he is now walking on a leash, kennel forward, accepts affection, and is eager to join his friends in play yard! Billy LOVES playing ball! He is usually the one to catch the ball and then cedes it to Raudy to carry it back to the humans. He has very soulful eyes and an independent, stoic way about him. He is not clingy, whiny, or demanding attention. Can you take him in?
