Moses came from a really bad situation where he was living on a short chain in the heat and starving. A woman would walk right past him on that chain and feed another dog on that property and not Moses because Moses was her brother's responsibility. He didn't let that get to him though and held out for hope. He is super sweet and loves to take his security toy with him everywhere he goes. He loves the ladies but his current shelter hasn't been able to test him with male dogs yet so we would want the foster to make sure to use slow introductions for any male dogs in the home. This boy just needs a chance to know what a loving home looks like. Can you help him?
