This handsome boy was dumped outside a Walmart in Starr County (near the Mexico border). He was seen begging for food and following trucks around for a few days. People just keep passing by, ignoring his presence. When his rescuer went to look for him, they spotted him and called him over. He ran over so fast and so happy as if he knew his rescuer from a long time ago. He is soooo sweet, gentle, fun, playful, and most of all grateful! Can you take him in and give him all the love?
