When Koda came into his shelter, he was lost and very scared. At first, he would retreat and growl when people tried to get near him. After a week, he came up to his kennel gate and started whining, almost like he wanted attention, like he wanted to trust, but wasn't quit sure. He would carefully start smelling people, and pretty soon was asking for some pets! After one scratch on the head, he melted. He now loves attention, back scratches and getting out of the kennel to play. He likes other dogs and is interested in playing with them. He does not care for treats (unless its a Vienna sausage) and only likes some toys. He definitely has the husky attitude as he howls and likes to talk when he gets excited! Can you take him in and let him continue to grow in your home?
