As her name implies, Jam is very sweet and enjoys being near peanut butter. In her foster home, she goes by a lot of nicknames, including Jammy Jams, Jambles, Baby Girl, Tiny, and PJ Pants. So she won't mind at all if you rename her.

Though still young, Jam is an old soul with sweet expressive eyes and gentleness with people and dogs. She's not hyper and can entertain herself just lounging on a dog bed, playing with some toys as long as her human or dog friends are nearby.
Jam will make you smile - both with her cautious but curious behavior as she discovers the world, and with her very distinctive looks.

She loves other dogs and will do best in a home with a confident dog to be her role model - one who will teach that the world is not so scary. She likes to watch from a distance and take things in before approaching new people, but once she trusts them, she is an adorable snuggle bug, and she makes an excellent little spoon.

Jam leash walks very nicely and is learning that adventures can be fun. She enjoys walks in the woods with lots of sniffing opportunities. She is still a little nervous in the car, but well behaved, and with each car-ride to a fun destination she gains more confidence.

She is making great progress on house-training, and, so far, is not much of a barker, preferring to let other dogs handle home security. Inquire about this cutie today!
