Grasshopper

This lady came in as a stray and judging by her body condition and behavior, we think she may have been a bait dog. She is too scared to approach the other dogs in the yard and while walking down the kennel isles. She does warm up to new people pretty quickly and once she likes you, she becomes very clingy. She would be great for a lower key person/couple who can spend a lot of time with her! Can you help her out?
