Snowball came in as an owner surrender after the owner was tagged for having too many animals at their residence. She is fearful of new people and other dogs, so having a calmer or more submissive dog in the home would best. She shies away from new people, but once she knows you, she will want to be with you. She also seems to be potty trained! Can you take her in?
