Quail needs a foster ASAP! He was picked up with his 2 brothers after likely living as strays their entire lives. He is friendly with people but very shy and will need fosters who can let him come out of his shell. Quail finds comfort with his brothers and is usually snuggled up in the middle of them. He has the cutest pink nose! He seems to do well with other dogs, and just needs a safe foster home! Can you give him that?
