Introducing Kit, a handsome, house-trained young puppy who will melt your heart with his velvet eyes. Kit gets along very well with his brother and the 6-year-old resident dog. This means he can live in a home with other dogs! He also has met his fosters'18-month-old nephew and has done well with him. Kit is young enough to adapt to home with dogs, kids and cats!

Young Kit is working on his leash-training skills. He is so smart he will be leash-trained in no time and will make an excellent trail or hiking buddy!

Kit already understands sit and is working on new obedience skills. He will love a pet parent who will continue with his training!

Kit loves people, he wants to be with them and loved on by them. He's either relaxed when a new person is around or is super excited and jumpy. His foster describes him as a pogo stick, lover, and mischievous.

Kit loves to play outside, running around, playing chase or basking in the sun with a chew toy. He loves to snuggle up with his foster brother or his fosters.

Kit is easy going and would fit well in a home that knows what a puppy is like and that training is important. He loves to run around outside so a yard would be a bonus. But Kit would also do well in an apartment.

Do you have room in your heart and a place in your home for the sweet, handsome, smart Kit? Come meet Kit today!

PUPPIES AND OTHER HIGHLY-ADOPTABLE DOGS DISCLAIMER:

Puppies and other highly-adoptable dogs (small dogs or desirable-breed dogs) at APA! are very high in demand and usually have several interested adopters. Inquiring about a dog, meeting a dog, and even applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt the dog. Only one household will be able to adopt each dog, which means all other interested households will inevitably and unfortunately be disappointed. Please consider this in your search and set your expectations accordingly. Please also consider that adult dogs do not typically have competing adopters, and they need furever homes, too! Additionally, APA! does not allow the adoption of dogs who are related (e.g., littermates or mom and pup) to the same household for behavioral reasons.
