Pepper Ann is very engaging with people and will treat you like the center of her whole world! She is an energetic and fun dog and she loves toys! She has a slim build and will need to gain weight. When Pepper Ann was picked up, there was a sore under her neck. It turned out to be Demodex mange (not contagious) due to fleas and malnutrition. She has been treated and is feeling better already. Unfortunately the shelter she's at has no space and she needs to find a foster home ASAP. Let's find this beauty her happily ever after!
