You'll definitely want to take this Polly home in your pocket! Polly is a wonderful young dog who has made a great impression on her APA foster family, and she's ready to move into yours.

When Polly first arrived at her foster home, she was lacking confidence and experience. She was very shy and withdrawn. But after some TLC and she was able to relax and quickly became a fantastic prospect!

Polly shares her foster home with three resident dogs, and she has done great with all of them. They even like her, which is rare! She also lives with children, she was a bit hesitant with them at first but was never aggressive. And now she's used to the kids bustling in and out of the house.

Polly has done well with crate training, although she's not crazy about being left by herself in another room. She's just fine when crated with other dogs or crated in the main house with activity around her.

We've also gotten Polly used to leash walking. She is still learning, but she does best with a short leash because there's so much to investigate! She loves exploring the world around her, but she also checks in for approval from her walker while she's on a leash. She's also ready to start learning basic commands. She sits, gives good eye contact, and is ready to learn.

Most of all, we love how Polly's fun personality has come out as she's gotten comfortable in her surroundings. She loves to give hugs and kisses, as well as a romp around and chomp on her chew toys.

This dog has come a long way from her shy start, and she's ready to bring her fun personality your way! She's a versatile dog who would probably do well with almost any type of family, but she would particularly enjoy sharing a home with another dog and some children. Don't miss out on this surefire companion!
