Todo

Todo is a puppy that was left in an apartment with a dog and a kitty sibling when the owners moved out. The other dog was left to fend for himself outside, but a family in the apartments had Todo in their place for a while. Apparently, in the past few months, Todo was turned outside & left to run with his doggy sibling. It's hard to know exactly how hold is he, as he is still a stray, but when he was originally spotted a few months ago he looked to be about 3-4 months old so we are guessing his age is around 6 months old. He is a small, very friendly & sweet dog. He gets along with everyone in the apartment complex, including kiddos & cats! Can you foster this guy to get him into a loving home instead of roaming the streets??
