Meet Joel! He's been at his current shelter for over 100 days, which is far too long for this sweet guy. Joel is a total love bug and would make the perfect family dog and or couch potato! He gets along well with other dogs, and we think he might do well with kids too. He doesn't like the heat or rain and just wants to cuddle and be with people. Joel found a short-term foster home to keep him safe while we search for a long-term foster, and in that home he happily co-exists with the cats. He is so sweet! Can you foster Joel??
