Snoop needs a foster ASAP. He is currently in a hoarding situation and his only way out is with a foster. Dogs in this area often get poisoned, shot, or hit by cars, not to mention having no shelter or water with the hot months coming up. He is a good boy who does well with other dogs and just needs a safe and loving home. Can you show him how a dog should be treated?
