Hatty

Hatty always enjoys playing with her toys and nibbling her treats. But what she loves even more is cuddling with her humans and getting lots of their petting. She's also happy to greet visiting people, and when they sit on the couch she snuggles with them right away. She is a very affectionate young girl!

Hatty is very gentle and patient with her foster's dog. They play tug-o-war and she hops like a bunny when they're playing fetch, and she lets him win any game. She's also met neighborhood dogs on her leash-walks and has been very sweet to them. She can be cautious when approaching people but has been very calm with neighboring children, giving them tail wags and hand kisses.

At home, she understands 'sit' and is doing well in her crate, going in for a few treats and lying down to play with a toy. She does well there when her foster is away from home and sleeps through the night. And she is making good progress on her house training.

Hatty will love a home with pet parents and will adjust well to those who are home with her a lot or away for work or errands. She will do well in an apartment, just enjoying walks and hikes.
