Oona is one of three puppies surrendered to her shelter. She is under socialized and needs a patient foster. However, she seems very sweet and has not been defensive at all. She seems to do okay with other dogs, and having a social dog in the home might help her come out of her shell! She needs a foster ASAP since her shelter can not hold her. Can you take her in?
