Bon Bon

If you run into Bon Bon while he's out on a leash walk, he'll be so excited to see you! He'll pull toward you because he's sure you want to say Hi to him (and he's typically right about that). He'll wag his tail and lean into you for your cuddles and hugs. He loves human affection!

This playful boy is in foster with a female doggie and they play together, chasing each other and wrestling. She's much smaller than him and when he's playing too rough, she barks and he obeys her, backing off. He's also living with a cat and if he's too playful with her, he'll respond to his foster's 'no.' They'll just lay around and snooze in the same room.

Bon Bon loves going into the yard to chase the hose's jet stream and getting wet. It's fun to watch him playing in the water. He runs, jumps, and looks so happy. Then he's happy to come inside and become a couch potato, snoozing and chewing his Nylabone.

He's making a lot of progress on his leash-walks. Except for being excited to see people, he's calm and takes his time smelling everything. At home, he does well in his crate, sleeping and staying there when his fosters are away from home. He also obeys 'sit' and is making progress on 'go lay down.' And he is house-trained.

Bon Bon is an easygoing boy who will fit well in most homes. He will love to be with people and will be happy with other animals, especially a doggie playmate. Come meet this handsome boy. He'll be so thrilled to see you!
