Poor Noah's shelter is at their wits end. Too many dogs and not enough kennels, adopters, and fosters. Noah is a typical, awesome lab and is very friendly! He's good with people and with other dogs. He would love to be whisked away from his current shelter and relocated to Austin. This perfect boy is very available and would love to be your new foster!
