Leave out some treats and toys--Mister Claus would love to make his last stop at your home!

Claus is the quirkiest, snuggliest little puppy boy! Growing up the only boy among his three littermates, Claus has adopted the perfect balance of sweetness, patience, and playfulness. Although biggest amongst his brood, Claus is the gentlest little boy, and prefers snuggling over being rambunctious. When let out for playtime, sweet Claus plays with his toys and littermates for a few minutes, but will inevitably become more interested in finding his foster mom for some head pats and belly scratches. Claus is believed to be a Rottweiler/Doberman mix, and this behavior shows just how much he'd love a forever master to love, protect, and be loyal to forever!

Claus is not only loyal and gentle, but extremely smart, obedient, and apt to learning. He took to house training (puppy pads--his only option) quickly, and rarely has had accidents. He is also a great eater, and will only ever yap when he really needs a food or water refill. He is non-destructive and confines his chewing to the toys he's been provided. Mister Claus is also so smart, and in the early stages of learning to sit.

True to his namesake, Claus boy is the gentlest, warmest little guy, and will make the absolute perfect friend, snuggle buddy, and guard dog for his forever family. Also much like his namesake, Claus is ready to settle in after a bustling holiday. Won't you let Mister Claus make his final holiday stop at your home?

PUPPIES AND OTHER HIGHLY-ADOPTABLE DOGS DISCLAIMER:

Puppies and other highly-adoptable dogs (small dogs or desirable-breed dogs) at APA! are very high in demand and usually have several interested adopters. Inquiring about a dog, meeting a dog, and even applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt the dog. Only one household will be able to adopt each dog, which means all other interested households will inevitably and unfortunately be disappointed. Please consider this in your search and set your expectations accordingly. Please also consider that adult dogs do not typically have competing adopters, and they need furever homes, too! Additionally, APA! does not allow the adoption of dogs who are related (e.g., littermates or mom and pup) to the same household for behavioral reasons.
