If you're working from home and would like your feet kept warm, come meet Patrice. This sweet work and study-buddy follows her humans everywhere, and she'll love to curl up at your feet when you're working at your desk. And if you happen to be barefoot, she'll lick your toes.

This playful girl also has fun running in open spaces and playing with toys. Then she's a couch potato who loves having her belly rubbed with her person's toes and her ears scratched with their fingers. Once she feels comfortable with new people she meets, she seeks their affection. She's interacted with big and small dogs, sniffing but not bothering them, and she's played well with dogs in her home. She has lived with children under the age of 5. She may be nervous with children who make loud noises, but usually just sniffs and kisses them, then ignores them.

She has done well on leash walks, although has been pulling lately. She understands "sit," "down" and "stay" and knows to go to her crate when she hears "go to bed." She considers her crate her safe space, especially from thunderstorms, and does well there when she's home alone. And she is house-trained, sitting patiently by the back door to go outside.

Patrice hopes to be a couch potato who can snooze in a home with parents who are with her a lot. She may do best as their only dog. Come meet her. Give her your toes to lick and she'll follow you home.
Come meet your new best friend
