Sitter needed: 10/29/21 - 11/1/21 and/or 11/11/21 - 11/22/21

Chuck is an affectionate, people-loving boy. If you sit on the floor with him, your face will get kissed-non-stop. He loves getting attention, but isn't pushy about it. He's also an independent boy who's happy to do his own thing. He's content to hang out alone, snoozing, or lounging by the front door to watch the neighborhood comings and goings.

In foster care, this playful boy enjoys his morning and afternoon walks. He can get a bit excited when he sees another animal, but he's working on keeping his cool. At home, he likes doing zoomies in the backyard, running in circles. He's surprisingly fast for a boy his size! Then he enjoys going inside for a chew on his bone and a long nap.

Chuck is sharing his foster home with a dog buddy and a cat. He's friendly with them, but this big boy can be a bit overwhelming in his play attempts. He doesn't seem to understand that the cat doesn't want to play with him, so they are kept mostly separate. He can be a little shy around some new people, but warms up relatively quickly to them.

He's a strong-willed boy, but obedient. He answers to "sit" very well, sitting down when he wants to be petted. And he obeys "stay" and "lie down." He's completely housetrained and free roams the house, mostly sleeping when his fosters are away.

Chuck is a big boy with a lot of love to give to his people. He'll be happy as the only pet or sharing the home with a well-matched dog buddy, and would do best with older children. Come meet him. He'll be glad to give you kisses and take you for a walk!
Come meet your new best friend
