Get your sunglasses...we think Olympia is made of sunshine, shooting stars and moonbeams!

Olympia is ecstatic when she sees her friends! She can't wait to greet them with an outstretched paw. She gazes into your eyes and you will not want to look away. She is highly affectionate and leans in for scritches and cuddles, in return she will give you gentle kisses. She is a fashionable lady and is always happy to entertain her friends by playing dress up.

In the home, she loves to roll up tight like a little flour tortilla and cuddle the night or the day away with you. She is also house and crate trained.

She is so animated and can't help herself when she gets the "zoomies". The sandbox really gets her started! She is beaming with joy and flashes that adorable smile that melts hearts everywhere she goes.

Olympia is also a smart pup, and she's thriving in APA!'s Total Obedience Program, so much so that she recently became TOP Dog Ready, which means Olympia has already learned all the skills in her training plan! The Total Obedience Program (TOP) is modeled after the AKC's Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test. As a TOP Dog, Olympia works with a volunteer trainer several times a week to help her learn the skills to become the best dog she can be!

As a part of APA's Total Obedience Program you can work with APA staff to continue to build a training relationship with her after adoption and master all the TOP dog skills together. Check out a video on APA's CGC program, on which the TOP was based: https://vimeo.com/89434193

When you and Olympia first lay eyes on each other, we think you'll know she's the one. She can't wait to hop into your car and start your first adventure together. She's on the lookout for a quiet family with no other dogs, so if that sounds like you come meet this sweetheart today!

APA!’s Barn Cat Program Provides You With Your Favorite Whiskered Workers

Some cats prefer mice-hunting to bird-watching, and some prefer laying in grass to sitting on laps. Here at APA!, we believe that barn cats still deserve a chance to live happy and healthy.
