Jeff is a beautiful pup with super soft fur! He's a big baby who likes snuggling his person, and he will lean into you for pets and kisses. He'll even adorably put his paw in your lap to let you know he wants affection. While Jeff is a big fan of cuddling and napping, he's also pretty outdoorsy and enjoys getting out for his walks, playing fetch and swimming. He loves having a yard to sniff and explore, run a few zoomies in, and then do some sunbathing.

Jeff is very well-behaved and has perfect manners in the home - he's house and crate-trained and also does well left home alone outside of one. He loves getting up the on couch and bed with his person and usually waits to be invited. What a gentleman! He also enjoys going to playgroup with his canine pals at the shelter and could go home with a well-matched doggie sibling.

Jeff is also thriving in APA!'s Total Obedience Program, so much so that he recently became TOP Dog Ready, which means he has already learned all the skills in his training plan. The Total Obedience Program (TOP) is modeled after the AKC's Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test. As a TOP Dog, Jeff has a personalized training plan and works with a volunteer trainer several times a week to help him learn the skills to become the best dog he can be! Check out a video on APA's CGC program, on which the TOP was based: https://vimeo.com/89434193

This handsome guy doesn't ask for much, just a quiet home with people to call his own. In return, Jeff promises to be a low maintenance companion and be the best boy he can be. Come meet him today!
