Jafa is a mellow pint-sized adorable senior lady. Her sweet calm demeanor is contagious and she can't wait to watch some Netflix with you! Her tail wags prove just how passionate she is about snuggle time!

Although her foster mom doesn't crate her, Jafa does just fine when she's in her own space. She loves to burrow in her blankets and dog bed, and it's quite precious. She's house trained, and she's such a well-mannered gal, never barking or crying and is so well behaved it's sweet. She does well on her leash and enjoys a nice leisurely walk.

Since she's in her golden years, she isn't incredibly playful, but she does fancy carrying around a sock in her mouth proudly showing it off. She doesn't chew on it, just likes to display it for your viewing pleasure. It's pretty hilarious.

Jafa is a great snuggle buddy and adores being a couch potato with her human. She's a huge fan of her naps and loves being a lap pooch. Strangers don't scare her or make her uncomfortable and when you look into her eyes she seems to want to share her wisdom with you. She's definitely seen some things in her lifetime and it makes her even more special.

A perfect home for Jafa would likely not have other dogs as she does need a little extra TLC in her older years. She'd really appreciate a home that's quiet as well. Mostly, this endearing sweetheart just wants a loving home to enjoy her retirement years in. Come meet Jafa, her gorgeous kind eyes will absolutely melt you!

Some cats prefer mice-hunting to bird-watching, and some prefer laying in grass to sitting on laps. Here at APA!, we believe that barn cats still deserve a chance to live happy and healthy.
