Shasta's spirit is as beautiful as her magnificent eyes lined with Cleopatra-like wings. Although her life started with some hardship, she has thrived in our care and with the support and training of her team, she is ready for home. She loves walks, quiet evenings at home, and snuggling. Calm is good in Shasta's book, she's not a party animal. Car rides, good food, and love are all perfect for her! Come meet this beauty and she'll melt your heart like she did for us.

Shasta's affectionate nature, her soft, velvety coat, and desire to be close to the ones she loves make her the best little snuggle bunny ever. You'll want to spend more evenings at home to be near this lovely little powdered donut, so keep your Netflix account going!

Shasta is part of our TOP DOG Program, short for Total Obedience Program, and it builds all the skills a dog needs. Check out a video on APA's CGC program, on which the TOP was based: https://vimeo.com/89434193

APA!’s Barn Cat Program Provides You With Your Favorite Whiskered Workers

Some cats prefer mice-hunting to bird-watching, and some prefer laying in grass to sitting on laps. Here at APA!, we believe that barn cats still deserve a chance to live happy and healthy.
