JFK is a bit of a misunderstood old pup. Though he may be a somewhat cranky old man, spending some time building the bond with him will reveal a rich and rewarding loving personality. The wisdom that comes with his age only makes him even more charming once he warms up to you as he curls up beside you to cuddle up!

A constant explorer, JFK likes long walks where he can sniff every inch of the outside world! With light fetch and some good pets, he'll be content to keep a low energy life in your home. Treat-motivated if not a bit stubborn, JFK has shown off his smarts many times when the mood is right, learning Sit, Stay, Stop, Come and Home as well as house training. And when he's truly comfortable inside your home, he's a well-mannered gentleman who just wants to be the only one in your life!

JFK has a very unique personality. He's cautious and careful, but he just wants to be loved, well-fed and given the option to explore to his heart's content! He does take anxiety medication and is sensitive to resource guarding, so JFK would be best in a low-traffic, single person home. But for that person, JFK will bloom into a loving mutually respectful companion. Come see this handsome boy today and see if you're the one!
