Meet Boysenberry, a one-year old shepherd mix with gorgeous black-lined eyes! Boysenberry came from a rural shelter in Texas and has missed out on the comforts of being a young pup. Treats help to motivate him to go on walks. With a little help from the treat department, he walks nicely and also looks forward to meeting new dogs on his walk.

Boysenberry is a little shy around new dogs and people, but he is gaining confidence, and has started joining in playgroups. He is now approaching people to give little licks and sniffs. Boysenberry is learning to play with toys, and will steal them away as if playing a game, and then he will toss his toys around playfully.

Boysenberry is still a young pup, and needs humans who have the patience to help him gain more confidence. He has the makings of becoming a playful, loyal, fun companion as he is always willing to try new things. He loves snacks and treats and will reward you with tiny kisses when he gets them.

Boysenberry would love a home with another canine companion to help him build more confidence. Are you the one to bring out the best in him? Come meet Boysenberry today, he's waiting for you to toss him some treats!
