Bugsy is a sweet, and shy Italian greyhound with adorable floppy ears, and a giant smile. He is housebroken, and does well with kids who have good dog manners. Bugsy enjoys meeting new people. He is very shy at first, but will warm up over time and become your best buddy.

Bugsy does well in a crate and loves having his own space when he needs some peaceful alone time. However, Bugsy usually prefers being with his favorite people, and he loves to snuggle and give kisses galore!

Bugsy is well-mannered for a puppy, and he's very smart to boot! He walks well on a leash, and already knows a few tricks like "sit, "down and "beg. He also loves his toys. If you want to see his puppy joy, give him a squeaky toy, because he will play with anything that squeaks. He is great at fetch, and would play fetch all day long if he could, following you around the house with a toy in his mouth. He has definitely perfected the art of the begging face! He is a typical puppy with high energy, and he loves to play when he's not snuggling.

Bugsy would like a home with someone who can patiently understand they need to earn his trust, and will continue with his training. He would thrive in a house as the only dog, or with another mellow puppy friend. He would also love a yard where he can stretch his legs, but he can easily adapt to being a house dog.

One look at his cute, floppy ears and big black nose is all it will take to fall in love with Bugsy. Don't miss out on this well-behaved puppy. Come meet Bugsy today!

PUPPIES AND OTHER HIGHLY-ADOPTABLE DOGS DISCLAIMER:

Puppies and other highly-adoptable dogs (small dogs or desirable-breed dogs) at APA! are very high in demand and usually have several interested adopters. Inquiring about a dog, meeting a dog, and even applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt the dog. Only one household will be able to adopt each dog, which means all other interested households will inevitably and unfortunately be disappointed. Please consider this in your search and set your expectations accordingly. Please also consider that adult dogs do not typically have competing adopters, and they need furever homes, too! Additionally, APA! does not allow the adoption of dogs who are related (e.g., littermates or mom and pup) to the same household for behavioral reasons.
