Are you looking for a well-mannered and gentle golden girl? Then come meet Fiona, a gorgeous chocolate-colored housebroken pup. Fiona loves other dogs and is happy to play, but with age comes wisdom, and she knows her boundaries for play time. She also loves chasing her toys, and favoring tennis balls, squeakers, and kongs. Fiona still has quite a bit of pep in her step!

Fiona does well in the house alone, and will be fine on her own while you run errands. With time and continued training and positive reinforcement, she can be crate trained. She walks well on a leash after a few minutes, and she would love a continued refresher course in leash training. She is eager to please and will be up to speed in no time. She loves her walks, preferring cooler hour morning or sundown walks. Fiona is very smart and already knows how to sit, shake and she understands "no.

Fiona is adjusting to tight spaces, hallways, and corners and would prefer you be by her side for reassurance if she finds herself in any of these close spaces. She would love to have you near her while she eats, but she has been gaining confidence with lots of love, and she is gaining new confidence every day.

Fiona loves to cuddle, and will fall asleep with her head in your lap. Her soft muzzle and belly welcome lots of petting, and she could snuggle with you all day when she's not playing or napping. Fiona is an older dog, and has her share of lumps and bumps, but it's normal bumps for an older pup. She also occasionally will limp, but it's nothing to worry about. Fiona will do well in a home with a playmate and a home who can give her lots of attention. Come play with Fiona today!
