Do you need some love and snuggles in your life? Stacy has got you covered! This puppy absolutely loves to love! Couch snuggles, yard tussles, office napping, roomba chasing, bedtime licks,...this pup has it all. She's also already house trained to boot! She is an enthusiastic girl who will make sure she gets your attention, the more affection the better. However, she is also content to chew a rawhide in the yard, or chill in her crate or alongside you in the bed while you take care of your human stuff too.

With regular access to outdoors, Stacy is house trained. She even waits patiently for her humans to get up in the morning to go outside! She will also give you plenty of face licks to say good morning. She is still learning her leash training, so she would prefer a fenced yard. She loves attention and seems good with strangers. She can be a bit shy with a big group, or a new environment, but just needs a bit of encouragement to acclimate.

Stacy knows the command "no and comes when she is called. She's also great in her crate when you're gone or at night (although she prefers to be at the foot of your bed)! She would prefer humans that work from home, or who are not regularly gone for long hours. As an enthusiastic puppy she is eager to please, and will no doubt flourish with continued training.

While Stacy can be very playful with other dogs, she can also be a bit protective of her humans, and she wants to be the TOP dog. She takes a bit of time to warm up to the idea of having to share attention with another dog, but with a slow introduction, she will be a great playmate!!

Come meet Stacy, she is eager to meet you!

PUPPIES AND OTHER HIGHLY-ADOPTABLE DOGS DISCLAIMER:

Puppies and other highly-adoptable dogs (small dogs or desirable-breed dogs) at APA! are very high in demand and usually have several interested adopters. Inquiring about a dog, meeting a dog, and even applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt the dog. Only one household will be able to adopt each dog, which means all other interested households will inevitably and unfortunately be disappointed. Please consider this in your search and set your expectations accordingly. Please also consider that adult dogs do not typically have competing adopters, and they need furever homes, too! Additionally, APA! does not allow the adoption of dogs who are related (e.g., littermates or mom and pup) to the same household for behavioral reasons.
