Faye is a well-behaved sweetheart who absolutely adores children and female adults. She tends to be skittish around some adult men, but as long as the man is kind and gentle, she'll learn that he is safe. Faye is a very easy going dog when it comes to most things, but can hoard her food bowl and toys, so she would prefer to be the only dog in the household.

Faye's favorite pastime is making sure the couch does not move, and that her food bowl remains full. She enjoys free feeding so that she can trust that she has a next meal. Faye is great as a free-roaming dog, and would prefer to remain that way. She prefers to stay outside of a crate, but the good news is that this very clean girl respects the home and doesn't need one! She is fully house-trained and had zero accidents since she's been in her foster home. She even lets herself out when there's a doggie door! What a smart, good girl!

Faye seems to have an adventurous side, and will be a fun companion to go exploring. She would ideally like some help with some leash training. She has gotten comfortable with a collar, but needs additional support getting used to a harness and being on the leash. She has begun to respond to "come and "off, and is eager to learn more from a patient teacher. Faye is respectful in the home and rarely barks, only if she needs something. Like the time her foster mom went to bed without tucking her in and saying goodnight. Everybody likes a goodnight kiss; can you blame her?

Faye is smart, sweet, adorable, and will make the perfect best friend! Come meet this lovely lady today!
