Audi is such a super friendly, affectionate boy who loves to be leaning against his humans and resting his head on them. He can be a little timid when meeting new men, but it doesn't take long for him to want their petting. Soon, he'll want to follow them everywhere, sit on them, and even chew on them.

Now in foster, this funny boy can be silly and a little mischievous. He loves to play and go for walks, but because he is recovering from a hip injury, he is currently limited on his activity. He does go for short walks, walking well on his leash, sniffing a lot and wagging his tail at other dogs he sees.

Back home, this well-mannered, calm boy becomes a couch potato, snoozing and waking up to chew a bone he's hidden in the couch. He also likes to teeth on his humans and pillows, but is being trained to redirect and avoid that. He answers to "sit," and is a house-trained boy who roams freely, doing well when he's home alone.

This loving boy should fit well in most homes, either as the only pet who can be the center of attention or with a dog buddy to play with. He will love active parents and kids who can hang out and play with him and give him nap time on the couch. When his hip heals, he may want to become adventurous in dog parks. Come meet him. He'll become your most loyal friend!

INTERESTED IN FOSTERING?

We are currently closed to the public and are only open by appointment (foster or adopter), but we are still diligently working to place dogs in foster homes! You can inquire about fostering a specific dog by submitting an inquiry through the dog's individual profile on this website or by emailing [email protected] to get more information about how to be matched with a foster dog.

Please do not visit our shelters without talking with us first. To prevent community spread, we cannot have large crowds gathering in our shelters.
